The HRI (Ex-PHRC), Specialized Research Centre for Child Health was established in 2002 in the premises of National Institute of Child Health (NICH). The key objective is to organize, promote, coordinate and conduct research on various pediatric health issues at national level. The Executive Director of the institute is the Honorary Director of the HRI, NIH Research Centre.
