The College of Nursing, National Institute of Child Health Karachi, is a Premier Nursing Institute in Pakistan and recognized around the world. It has a long historical background of educating and preparing Nurses to take on the leadership roles, to develop novel programs of culture & nursing and to increase nursing knowledge locally and globally.
It is a matter of honor for me to announce that four premier programs; Bachelors of Sciences in Nursing (Generic), Post Basic Specialization Diploma in Pediatric Nursing, Post Basic Specialization Diploma in Nurse Midwife and One Year In-House Nurse Aid Course have been running in this dignified institute. We believe that these programs will fulfill the need of nurses by preparing the state of the art qualified and trained health care work force in the field of nursing & its allied health specialties in the massively developing health sector.
Our mission is to develop competent nurses with good value system, capable to face the ever changing and challenging world. The highly qualified, trained and experienced faculty members are part of this education system to educate and facilitate the students. We constantly encourage and appreciate individual talent and innovation. This encouragement makes the faculty members and newly graduated nurses to meet the national and international standards of nursing education.
The College of Nursing NICH’s graduated nurses will help in the promotion of health, prevention from diseases, management and rehabilitation of patients having various and complex diseases.

I feel immense pleasure to be the Principal of the College of Nursing NICH. Nursing is indeed a noble profession, known for its high demands and rewarding career opportunities.
At our institute, we are committed in delivering qualitative educational services, based on our core principles. Our faculty members are highly qualified, trained, experienced, and motivated. They are playing crucial role in educating and supporting our students. They meticulously plan both curricular and co-curricular activities to enrich the learning experience.
Since its inception in 2002, the institute has undergone marvelous transformations. Our primary objective is to produce proficient and compassionate nurses who can confidently handle the challenges of patient’s care. We believe that our graduates will become valuable assets to the noble field of nursing.
I encourage all our students to serve humanity globally and to bring a positive impact in healthcare. We are dedicated in providing the best possible facilities to our students, to ensure quality education and service for the betterment of mankind.
